#108 The Wholehearted Parenting Manifest by Brene Brown
Are you as big of a Brene Brown fan as I am? When I found this manifesto on her website, I knew I needed to share it with my audience. As I begin this series into helping parents who have a child that has left the LDS church, please keep this manifesto in mind. As we work on differentiating ourselves from our children, spouse, and others, we need to keep in mind that living a wholehearted life is equal parts head work and heart work. When you don’t know what to do or what to focus on, look at this manifesto to remind you this is just as much about you showing up and living in a wholehearted way as it is anything else.
