In this episode I touch on being the token at the table and knowing it, getting tasks with hard to reach kids because I am "strong," being called the teacher's pet, and putting limits on my creativity out of fear. 

As an ode to Black History Month, I am finally ready to speak on my experiences as a black woman in educational leadership. I will share my experiences in parts, so stay tuned!

Leadership is tough, especially when you are pulled in many directions, but don't use busyness as an excuse for not growing yourself and others.
