Beloved and Appreciated
These two are amazing, and the work they do is dearly appreciated. I've loved Wildbow works since I was 17, and now at 23 im finally getting around to Pale! I am both dyslexic and a voracious reader, so I've been listening to the Pale Audiobook and this podcast in tandem and it has been an amazing experience. Thank you so much for what you do

Other podcasts Pale in comparison
Reuben and Elliot go in depth in their discussions and literary analysis of Pale, a modern supernatural web serial by J. C. “Wildbow” McCrae.
Wow. Pale is such a fun, compelling, and riveting story, packed with really cool symbology and metaphor. Reuben and Elliot do a great job at examining nuances in Wildbow’s story.
I can say with certainty that I’ve become a better reader and consumer of media since I began listening to Deep in Pact and Pale Reflections. I look at images and story arcs, and moral real-world implications. Honestly, though this may sound bizarre or chintzy, their reflections on Wildbow’s stories have helped me in my faith journey—in learning to see these patterns and motifs, the Bible itself has become more clear to me. I believe I’ve become a more empathetic person and have become more able to acknowledge my own privileges and biases. That’s part of what I love about Pale Reflections and all Wildbow works—this isn’t a sterile literature class, it’s clearly a labour of love, connecting Wildbow, the Doofcasters, and the readers and listeners. Sorry for getting sappy, but this podcast means a lot to me.

Great show!
Always discuss interesting things and I always feel like they point out something I missed or investigate a link that I haven’t!

Always great
I loved Pact and I love Australia, so this podcast is a fantastic combo. Reuben and Elliot are fun to listen to and very insightful, this has totally changed my outlook on the story.

About Wildbow's "Least Loved Work" but one of my Favorite Podcasts
Reuben and Elliot have excellent rapport, they pick up lots of little details I missed in my quick reading, and they humorously point out the many, many flaws in Blake's plans. This podcast was actually the reason I read Pact, as Matt and Scott of Doof Media said they enjoyed the show, so I figured I would enjoy it, so then I quickly read through Pact. I'm really glad I did and even more glad that this podcast exists, it's great.

Fantastic Start
I started listening to Media M.D. after it was brought up on the We’ve Got Worm/Ward podcast, so I’m excited to see a similar deep dive into Pact. This is also the motivation I needed to finally read Pact, so that’s another plus.
