This week Erik and Aidan are back on the pod to discuss the summer hard court swing. In DC we saw Fritz get it done, winning his biggest title in nearly 4 years. However, he was not the biggest performance in Washington, as Rafael Jodar's run to the final established that his game truly transfer's over to these outdoor hard courts. This has given us high expectations for him going into the Canada-Cincy double and the US Open. Down in Los Cabos there was a crazy tournament, with Arthur Gea coming out on top. This week Erik and Aidan discuss the final rounds of the 2026 Wimbledon tournament, where Jannik Sinner was able to capture the title for the second year in a row. Zverev outperformed expectations, making the final and pushing Sinner, while Djokovic fell in the semifinal to Sinner in straight sets. Overall, the tournament featured both favorites making the latest rounds as well as shock runs by underdogs like Arthur Fery, but in the end Sinner's victory meant the expected result came to fruition.
