The Ending Every transition begins with an Ending.  Too often we confuse them with finality  A fresh way to think about endings is key to how we begin anew

Transition and the three stages Part 1  1. Ending, followed by  (2) a period of confusion and distress, leading to (3) a new beginning How do you handle change? Are you ready for change or has life been shaken upside down and you have no choice but to change? How is that affecting you? Are you ready to emerge from the fires like the Pheonix and soar into your new beginnings? Or has fear immobilized you?

These are tips for relationships that are still salvageable not for relationships that were violent or hurt you mentally in ways that you can't just get over. this is for healing and renewal.

Your trauma is not your shame and it is not your scarlet letter for you to wear across your chest. Your trauma is your stepping stone to finding your true strength. It is your testimony and it is work to fix but it is totally doable. The first step in taking control away from your trauma is acknowledging it and then doing the footwork to achieve the best life you are meant to live and not just exist in.

Faith without works is dead not only in religion but in spirituality as well. you have to put in the footwork for yourself or nobody else will.

If the only vision we have of ourselves comes from the social mirror or from the current social paradigm and from the opinions perceptions and paradigms of the people around us then our view of ourselves is like the reflection and the crazy mirror room at the carnival. These visions are disjointed and out of proportion they are often more projections than reflections projecting the concerns and character weaknesses of people giving the input rather than accurately reflecting what and who we are.
