Episode 5: A Candid Conversation About Gender Equality in 2022
As members and leaders of the gender equality hub, we took a step back as we entered the new year in order to reflect on changes in the realm of gender equality. We had a candid conversation about our own experiences with gender equality, changes we would like to see in 2022, and what we hope to accomplish in the gender equality hub of the Global Co Lab Network. This conversation was an eye-opening and empowering experience for all of us, and it gave us the opportunity to truly reflect on why fighting for gender equality is so important to us. We hope that this conversation can serve as a starting point for facilitating change in this new year!
