The best!
Awesome work!
Great tool for clients
BROCR loves you guys
Why haven’t I made reviews of these things, I feel like I’m a bad friend. Overcome and run is some of the easiest to approach ocr podcast material I have ever listened to. They are great people and amazing racers. Anytime I get to spend taking ship with them makes me smile. Even if I’m just listening to them in my car on the way to my next race.

OCR Athlete’s dream!
This podcast is beautiful! Jay and Heather do a great job of bringing super useful information in a really entertaining way. There is so much great stuff packed into their show I’d recommend it to anyone from the newbies who are considering their first OCR all the way up to the serious OCR athlete looking for tips and tools to become their best!

Great Podcast
Heather does a great job bringing breaking news in the world of OCR. She gives great interviews with elite athletes in the sport. I like the fact did she not only covers the sport but she competes competitively. She shares her goals each year and shares her experiences in the races so you get a first-hand breakdown of each course. The sound quality of the Podcast is great as well. Keep up the great work Heather.

Keep up the good work, Heather
Heather is a bright spot in the OCR podcast world. Most of the podcasts out there are hosted by egotistical athletes or ex-athletes who invite guests just to hear how well the host measures up. Heather focuses the interviews on the guest (rather than on herself), which is why I listen to an OCR podcast to start with. Also, super refreshing to have a female host in a male dominated OCR broadcasting field. It is clear that heather is improving as a broadcaster as the episodes progress, asking ever more interesting and insightful questions. Well done!

Love Overcome and Run!
Overcome and Run has become one of my favorite OCR podcasts to listen to. Heather has great interviews with the OCR elites, athletes and others from the community. She always asks great questions and carries the conversations well with whomever she’s interviewing. She’s consistently putting up good content and I’m always eager for the next episode! Love her positive personality too!

West Coast OCR
Great podcast that covers some of the more west coast OCRs that my team and I haven't heard of! Jay and Heather are an excellent combo and do a great job interviewing some big names. I hope Jay comes back from deployment safely but keep up the great solo work in the meantime Heather!

Good to listen to on a run
Overcome and Run is one of the few OCR podcasts with quality guests, quality hosts, and regular episodes. There are a ton of other OCR podcasts, but only a few that check all three of those boxes; Overcome and Run is one of them. Heather has developed into a much stronger interviewer than when she began. Keep up the good work!

Great relatable content
I discovered this podcast nearly a year after its launch. Since then, I've been binge listening to it during my runs and commute. Jay congratulations on making a podcast that's relatable to everyone interested in OCR and fitness in general. As an amateur racer I feel that there is always a good tip or takeaway from each episode that I can apply to my own training. I look forward to your continued success so I can continue to enjoy the content you deliver for us.

Like many OCR based podcasts, everyone has their different twist to providing information on nutrition, trainings, race recaps, etc. Great listen on drives to work, keep up the great work Jay.

The Newest Addition to the OCR Podcast World
Jay Bode's Overcome and Run podcast is another resource for those of us who just can't get enough of OCR. It has great sound quality, a solid mix of interesting and informative guests and Jay's Cool Down make this a worth while listen. My only complaint is that Jay almost unanimously agrees with every guest. His responses to their answers are predictable. When Jay finds his own voice and gains more experience running different OCR's, then the podcast will even be better.

a great intro into the OCR world
great podcast and have really enjoyed it! keep up the great interviews. I would love to hear more interviews with beginner ocrs'. possibly someone running their first ocr as an elite. or someone thinking of running elite and why they haven't yet. i have struggled to find the time to train, schedule and pay for ocr races. i love the sport but im also a mom and wife. I have really enjoyed hearing from the professional ocrs' but would like to hear from others i can really relate to.

Excellent!
Loved the content. I train for MMA and I often find myself trying creative ways to run and improve my cardio. Obstacle course running is definitely creative and exciting. Looking forward to more episodes. I learned so much about recovery and injury prevention.

Binge Worthy
I just heard about Overcome and Run and I've subscribed and listen to just about every episode. I really like the way Jay interviews the athletes in a way that brings out lots of information for the non-elite athletes. For someone that wants to improve their performance and help others start racing OCR, this is the perfect podcast. The only request I have is show notes that include keypoints and links to what they talk about during the race. Overall, two thumbs up and I look forward to many future episodes.

Great New OCR Podcast
Jay Bode puts out a really great, entertaining and informative podcast. It has a nice structured format, with a good balance of using pre-planned interview questions, but also letting the conversation flow. The 4 question cool-down at the end of every show is a great idea! To the new or experienced Obstacle Course Racing enthusiast, this is a fun half hour every week. The guests are interesting, coversation relevant, and I hope Jay keeps it going. You should check it out.
