I’m actually on this podcast and I’m not gonna lie....I do like it. I don’t love it, mind you. But I like it a fair bit, and I can see how others might like it as well. I can’t see how people would love this show but whatever. So go ahead and like this podcast. It’s good. It’s not great, mind you, but it seems good. And that’s good enough for me.

My buddy Kevin works with these guys and showed me this on a trip to New Orleans. Very entertaining for sure. I’ll definitely be a weekly listener. Keep it up!!! PS: I hate weathermen too

Almost better than AfterLodge podcast

I recommend this podcast to all of my Chinese students who are curious about American culture. This American Life takes a big topic, focuses in on one small facet with depth, diligence, and due respect, then explores the interwoven implications of that on society. The episode that has stayed with me a long time was the episode about Michael Brown's high school. The entire episode inspired by Michael's mother, who while she was grieving on camera, yelled about how hard it was to get a kid through school in that area. Amazing investigation, a work of art.

If you deliver anything regularly you see all kinds of things. These guys talk about it and it's worth the listen. Beyond the normal banter it is actually a professional audio setup which makes listening to much easier. Anyhow been listening through multiple name changes always good for a laugh.
