I met Lance Huffman in 2008 at CougarTown, a diversity, love, & unity camp for high schoolers in Arizona! Lance was one of two lead facilitators....and I was mind-expanded & heart-opened by the long weekend with courageous young people! I was fortunate to attend 3 of these camps with Lance in leadership & my Soul felt immediately connected to him as a long-lost brother!

Carolyn goes way back with my mom! Which if you know anything about my mom & me, then you know I'm always stoked to learn more about people that my mom loved & who loved my mom! And soooo....I started more intentionally following Carolyn on FB here the last few years....and have been inspired regularly with her consistent content focused on nervous system education! The guidance she is offering to students, parents, and schools is so important as we move into this new technological & energetic world we are all creating together. She's here to make sure more of us learn about nervous system science, & how to use it to help ourselves, our families, and our communities.

Ambrosia and I go back to the earliest days of our lives....church nursery school I'm thinking. After my family moved west, we ended up reconnecting when we attended the same liberal arts college in small town Indiana. And then, over the last decade, we have enjoyed reconnecting through the inter-webs, FB specifically. Her posts from Colorado, music festivals all over, Hawaii, have most often invited me to take a big deep breath! Maybe you have a friend or three that remind you to slow down, open your eyes & heart, and live your love more freely?! That's Ambrosia for me....such a gift to dive in with her in this episode!
