Tim gives good interview!!
I’ve listened to a number of the OS Bodcasts and have enjoyed each one. I appreciate that Tim talks with an eclectic group of people about how we can move through the world better and grow in health and strength. Tim is a gifted interviewer.

Everything you need to learn about movement in one place
The Bodcast will change the way you think about movement and fitness. The over-arching theme of respect and reverence for our body’s ability resurrect old strength while building new is inspiring to say the least. The diversity of information presented here will leave you believing in your body, your movement practice and your goals no matter your age, injury or setbacks. The future just gets brighter and brighter when you listen to (and implement what you learn on )the Bodcast.

Brilliant fitness strategy & a coach with compassion
A wonderfully different approch to fitness. It's not just how to get "ripped" or lose a bunch of weight. Tim, and the OS system, want you to get in better shape, yes. But he also wants you to do it in a way that keeps you stay pain-free and emotionally healthy. Tim genuinely cares about you as a person, and that comes through in everything about OS and this podcast. I also love that he lets his guests shine and bring their own wisdom to the show. Highly recommended!

So much potential waiting to be discovered...
Tim Anderson has some really interesting conversations with some amazing people. And I appreciate how he allows his guests to share their stories. He doesn’t make the interviews about him so his guests can really shine thru. Whether he’s interviewing an ultra endurance athlete (Martin Gruebele) or a best selling author (James Nestor, “Breath”) or a breathwork practitioner (Chuck McGee), Tim lets his guests lead. And the conversations he has with strength coaches (ex: Zach Blain, Aleks Salkin, John Odden, John Brookfield, Kelly Manzone) are full of great content for people who want to connect to their true strength. So if you’re interested in moving past perceived limits (on all levels) and realizing more of the you you were born to be... then I’d highly recommend listening to the Original Strength Bodcast.

Phenomenal
Original strength offers easy movement options that undo much of the tightness and discomfort that comes from standard western living. Usual for all ages and even many injured folk though not medical advice

OS or Intelligent design?
Good info, just wish I didn’t have to get preached to.
