Heard him talk about this on another podcast and had to check it out. I’ve listened to a dozen or so out of order over the past week and each one has had a line that made the whole listen worth it. So far my favorite is from the episode “The Willows” about a spooky short story. This mf’er threw out the phrase “multidirectional ghost gong camping” like it was nothin. I need that on a shirt ASAP my man.

Regrettably, I’ve been away from this show for a minute, but Lord of the Flys eps took me back to high school English period. Great pod for a drive. Sounds like he’s since moved to Patreon or another paywall platform since none of the b*tth*le or ball hygiene corporations sponsored him. Five stars.

When me and my mom go on road trips, I pop a couple of these eps on and have a funny laugh and learn for a couple hours. I will miss the free eps, so I guess I’ll have to go and pay. It’s a great show for I’d say all ages, I don’t recall curse words or anything that would be off putting to most parents, check em out give a try and than invite the family.

Insightful, funny and relatable. Chris bring it all with great subject matter. I love how he links it all to kind of elementary school style comprehension. It’s well produced and easily translatable to modern concepts and I have already used a ton of information I’ve learned from these podcasts in social outings and has incredible feedback and even suggested this podcast to tons of people. Very fun, at the very least you get great information on something you might not know about at all but it’s all great snippets of ADHD hilarious facts and background info on great subjects. Nobody sees the world like Chris Wood. With that and his accent and comedy and creativity it’s a 10/10 podcast. Thanks woodman for all the thought and effort.

So my friend passed away in August and in one of her last messages to me, she told me this: “…There’s one called oral presentations and it’s this big doofy guy doing research on something and then explaining it, it’s hilarious. He has an IG for the podcast to say what topics he will cover in that weeks episode…” I never checked out the podcast until now. I love it so much and it makes me think about her & the goofy humor we both love. Please never stop!

Yo oral presentations is the best. I got into Chris Wood after a couple electric Dadmeat & MSSP appearances. Took me a little while to actually dive into a solo educational podcast but if there’s a dude for it, it’s the Woodman. 10/10. Praying it goes passed 100 episodes, but even if it doesn’t, old episodes are in a bi-annual re-listen.

Typically don’t write review but I have to say, I’ve never laughed so hard to a podcast. Chris you’re the man! Please don’t end at 100.

I took Music Appreciation in college in 1993 and loved it. If Chris was in my class it would have been a hundred times better!
