I had the pleasure to chat with Wen, an immigrant woman who spent over 15 years in the engineering leadership role in the tech industry. She discusses the challenges that immigrant women face in their career paths, including losing themselves in the quest to climb the corporate ladder, feeling the need to conform to gain recognition, and constantly having to prove themselves.

Wen  and I shared our personal experience and she explained how she turned inward to rediscover her authentic self and challenge norms, leading her to create her own career path. She is now a best-selling author, founder, and Chief Transformation Officer at Wen Coaching.

Wen's mission is to empower other immigrant women leaders to be more confident, influential, and strategic in shattering the career ceiling while letting go of cultural conditioning.
