In episode 006, I am interviewing my workout buddy, racing partner and friend Stony Smith, who also happens to be one of Canada’s most respected custom car builders. 

We talk about some of the most remarkable cars that he built, including one French beauty from 1932. We also chat about some of the most remarkable endurance events that he participated in - including his three attempts to finish the 48-hour Goruck selection , and how he finally became the only Canadian to finish that event, and climbing an active volcano in Nicaragua during the 24-hour Survival Run.
