Hi friends, I wanted to make this video to highlight some realities on excessive weight loss. I know some of you watching this right now followed me on Instagram or started listening to my podcast to hear more about my weight loss journey, and recently I haven't shared anything. I go into why in this video, and I hope that you can understand my reasoning for not wanting to talk about it anymore.
I have made a list of all my weight related videos & audio only podcast episodes below if you want to listen or have any more questions. Enjoy me rambling and sharing my truth for an excessively long time :)
Vlog one (YouTube video)
My 100lbs weight loss journey (YouTube video)
Tips for a successful health journey (audio only)
Weight loss with donuts ft Jocie Cortilet (audio only)
5 ways to be body confident (audio only)
Body confidence in a social world ft Sapphire (audio only)
For those currently experiencing excessive weight loss in an unhealthy manner, please seek help. I am leaving these two videos to help you know you are not alone and others out there are also seeking help for eating disorders.

I had soooo many Issues trying to get this footage on to my computer and ready for my day two vlog. I ended up having to leave it all out but, what I have realised is the enemy was trying to play me because it is good conversation footage!
So, I decided to upload it in its entirety with minimal edits only at the start. I hope this conversation makes you feel a little less alone and that you can resonate to where Jo and I are at on our journeys.

On this week's episode I discuss how we can break free from societal standards. I discuss the imaginary rule book so many of us seem to follow, why it's okay to be your authentic self and how to find peace with who you are.
