I'll be opening up the windows on the past, present and possibly the future on many things close to my mind, heart and soul. This came about at the start of the most introspective period of my life when in fact people I spent the most time in my life asked me "Who are you?" While I tried hard to not think about it but the more it became clear I had to delineate it. Hopefully, while I wrangle with my own thoughts and this life, I can effectively help someone else air it out and shed some light on their own.

<p>I wanted to come into this podcast space letting you know the point at which I start to reveal lessons I have learned in my life and growth that has and will happen for me. This is the first opening up to others and it was a daunting process to be able to be here but I did it. I finally got over my hesitation, sat with my fear and vulnerability and did it. Hopefully in podcasts coming you will find some piece of inspiration for your own life or even just a "hey I'm not the only one" moment. I thank you for joining me and hope we all get what we need from this place.&nbsp;</p>
