[Audio] It's a seller's market and I'm a buyer. How do I find the right Realtor? Where do I begin?
So whether you are a buyer working in a seller's market or buyer's market finding the right realtor is critical and making your transaction successful less stressful. So here are three essential points that I think you should consider when looking for the right realtor number one level of experience very critical to your transaction:  1. Years: Has that Realtor been in the business calls localized are they do they know the market extremely important 2. Full-time: Does the realtor have another job? Do they answer their phone? Do they return emails? Are they available 7 days a week? 3. Contract Law: Contracts are extremely important. They are legal and binding. There are many many different contracts and they have many definitions. So I can't stress that the realtor that you hire should know contract negotiations very very well. Give me a call. I am available to answer any questions that you have in the local real estate market. And remember; Friends don't let friends pay 6%.

How is Assist2Sell showing homes during the COVID-19 pandemic and keeping our clients and customers safe? The answer when we return. So during the covid-19 pandemic assist2sell is taking many measures to make sure that our clients and customers are safe when we're showing houses. We are making sure no one is sick. We are leaving our shoes at the door. Some of the things we are providing are masks and gloves. I am making sure that I open the doors turn on and off light switches buyers are not touching anything. We are removing the cats and the list goes on and on but most importantly we're listing homes. We are showing homes to buyers and they're getting sold and that's what it's all about. We are taking precautions to do our job for you. So if you give us a call, we list and sell your home. It's $2,995 and remember friends don't let friends pay 6%

[Video] Should I list my home during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Should I be selling my home during this covid-19 pandemic the answer when we return.   Yes, every Market is different fortunately locally the Marinette and Menominee County Market is still a strong seller's market even with the COVID-19.   We've had a slight hiccup our January February spring Market was extremely busy. It was a little bit slow during this COVID-19, but it is not losing momentum and it won't the interest rates are sellers are still maintaining value and we have a low Supply and we have a stable demand.   It's only going to increase we are so blessed that Marinette Marine did get their 800 million dollar contract and it is going to be a very economically strong local market.   So get ready to sell if you're thinking of trading out trading down give us a call.   We are full-time. We are full service.   We charge a flat fee. Our clients are saving a lot of money. That's right. $2995 is what we charge to list and sell your home and we do it right and remember:   Friends do not let friends pay 6%

[Audio] How The Community is Responding to the Covid-19 Pandemic #MJBStrong
#MJB strong many of you are aware of who MJB is and I'm happy to report through your support and prayers, He will be coming home soon and is getting stronger every day.   So if you're still interested in getting a sticker, please let us know give us a call, we'll be happy to deliver it or you can pick them up at our Assist2Sell office in Marinette or Apple Jacks in Marinette.   So I talked about this community and how they pulled together during this COVID-19 pandemic and the positives that I see. I don't see the number of people out at the store the cars in the parking lot, what I see are the essential workers that show up for work everyday. All the cleaning that is being done to assure that we are safe, cleaning people that show up at the hospital, the gas stations all the businesses, all of you. The teachers that are supporting the children that are trying to learn and work from home. The Community is so strong and so amazing that you need to just feel good about living in Marinette and Menominee County. Thirty years of doing real estate, I hear it all the time are transitional people that come into this area cannot believe how neighbor friendly everyone is and how they feel good about living in this beautiful community. So again, thank you.
