This podcast is fire! Entertaining and informative. Hosts have very good on-air chemistry.

If you don't particularly like basketball, and enjoy listening to two guys with a severe case of ADHD... this is the podcast for you! I'm a certified basketball junky and subscribe to literally any basketball podcast that is even marginally listenable, this one is is going back into the podcast store. The 2 stars is for the sound quality and obvious professional production. If they get a good guest interview, I'll go track that down to just hear the guest. I just can't listen to these two guys. In case anyone is actually reading these reviews as a way to decide whether you will like this podcast... I'm the guy who gets excited for the Dunc'd on podcast releases their 3 hour summer league prospect podcast, and get even more excited when I find out that was only part 1 of 2 episodes on the prospect breakdowns. If you are into basketball minutiae, and like to take deep dives into the game, this ain't for you. If you like the idea of basketball, but are more interested in sprawling and unfocused thoughts of two guys who are obsessed with how Barkevious Mingo and his brother Hughtavious got their names... you came to the right place!

You guys were recommended from another podcast and I was enjoying you until politics were mentioned. That's too bad that you can't keep those two worlds separate. I know that when I enjoyed watching Magic Johnson orchestrate a game or enjoyed a good Ozzy Osborne song, I turned off the part of my brain that knows the personal depravity in those peoples lives. I separate the professional from the personal. You might consider doing the same in your sports talk. No hard feelings. Good luck, but I'm out.

I grew up loving sports- for a long time it's felt like a full time drop to avoid screaming heads yelling about everything but the game. It's great to listen to Open Run and remember why we talk about sports with our friends and families in the first place. Open Run is for the children.

Started listening during ASW two years ago and have loved it ever since. Gotta respect how hard Stefan goes for the Knicks even if I'm a Bulls / Thunder fan myself. It's stayed entertaining, funny, & smart on social justice issues even after the switch to Uninterrupted. I wish they'd talk more about sexual violence perpetrated by players (and how to address / prevent it) and have more female interviews & guest hosts.

When is Ben going to get more talking time?! He has great input and he's quick with the stats!

Very fun, not at all too serious but also not afraid to wander into the darker corners where the Trump Era meets sports. Knick and Bulls homerism are great, always plenty of homage to the halcyon days of hand-checking, crowded restricted areas and the type of basketball that left combined scores under 200ppg.

Stefan is as knowledgeable as they come and seems to make the guests feel comfortable enough to really get the goods from them. Love this show and always excited for a new episode to drop. The best. Period.

I love these guys! A down to earth and fun podcast that interviews so many great and interesting talents. Keep it coming guys!

A sports podcast that even somebody who isn't a sports fan by nature can easily listen to from start to finish. It's more about storytelling than anything, and each of the hosts' can hold their own. Would recommend checking out the Oakley pod + the CP3 pod.

One of the best NBA podcasts in the game. Hats off to these handsome devils with fire takes.

Best Basketball Podcast Out There!

Episode with Charles Oakley was great. Touching to hear such admiration for a legend. And great to hear him get supported by fans and peers.

Delves into the minutiae of the NBA while incorporating germane cultural issues. Alwyas a great listen.

Great show, great dudes talking with excellent guests.

This podcast is dope. I'm not a traditional "sports guy" but I generally keep up with key games, players, etc. Whats so great about this show is that it's not about sports - it's about connecting with athletes in a raw, authentic way and the great stories that come out of it. I feel like I'm hanging out with these guys or listening in on a private conversation. Highly recommend to everyone!

Excellent podcast. The Oakley episode is a classic.

this show is seriously the greatest. They are hysterically funny, oh so relatable, poignant and emotional when appropriate. Not only do they get the best guests but they manage to bring out the most relaxed and personable version of these guys (from LeBron James to my childhood hero Charles Oakley two days ago). If you haven't listened yet, you have to change that.

Greatest podcast I've ever heard in my entire life

I don't watch sports that much but with this you don't need too. This is like sports center for my boyfriend but with funny references & sound effects! I find myself giggling a lot at Jesse Williams side comments. Also you get to hear first hand the players and their thoughts and feelings about the game. Awesome! Totally recommend!

Above average pod all around, A+ guests, but without getting into it too much not my favorite hosts. Also some episodes (especially most recent) have some background echo that go in and out

This show focuses on not only great sports topics, but poignant social issues.

I listen to a lot of podcasts and this one has quickly become one of my faves. I love the basketball, and this podcast allows me to get more of an insight into some of my favorite players/coaches. Even if I'm not necessarily a fan of the guest, the show is still fun and entertaining. I was drawn to listen to the pod because of Jesse Williams, but I've grown to love the banter between both the hosts! It's a must listen!

I listen to a lot of podcasts, this is the only one I will listen to immediately, as soon as a new episode is dropped, rather than wait for a car ride/workout. My only complaint: there aren't enough episodes.

Nothing makes me laugh quite like the friendly banter between Stefan and Jessie—gifted and natural radio hosts! If you haven't listened yet, do yourself a favor! The best part of my morning commute :)

Such a fun podcast! I listen every week. My husband is impressed with my sudden basketball knowledge and improved sarcastic commentary. Jesse and Stefan are hilarious and intelligent. Definitely two thumbs up.
