On this episode I try to give out much basic information about mental health and we can change the stigma around it. Another thing on hand is emotions that people have no control over and sooner or later they suffer from it. I also talk about financial health and creating different income streams. Last but not least I gave an insight of how the South African politics are flawed or how the ANC is burning South Africa to the ground.

On this episode I focused more on self realization and being aware of the people around us in order to protect ourselves against unnecessary heartbreaks and emotional breakdown. I believe if we engage more on conversation like this we can go further as a youth and as a community. The whole idea of the podcast is to empower and share ideas and information that may be useful in our daily lives. I hope you enjoy!
