The Present Self:   This is the "you" in the current moment, the one listening and receiving this response. Your present self is influenced by immediate thoughts, emotions, and experiences. It's the person engaged in daily activities and interacting with the world around them.2. The Past Self:   Your past self is the accumulation of your life experiences, memories, and the person you used to be. It includes your childhood, past achievements, mistakes, and the journey that led you to the present moment. Reflecting on your past self can provide insights into personal growth and development.3. The Future Self:   This is the version of you that you aspire to become. It was also found that prayer and meditation increased the measured frequency levels by 15 MHz.Frequency is our electrical energy. It is defined as a measurable rate of electrical energy that is constant between any two points. When there is frequency, there is electromagnetic potential.A normal healthy body has a frequency of 62–72 MHz. When the body drops below this frequency, we begin to get into illness and disease states. For example, if our frequency drops to 58 MHz, then we are likely to get a cold or flu.We are being influenced by the magnetic action (or attraction) of the frequencies that surround us every day and these frequencies influence of state of well-being.In order to change your life, you first must go to the controlling beliefs and lifestyle habits in your life.
