I’ve been working with David Orozco for several months to lower my cholesterol. His psychological approach to intuitive eating has helped me get results that I can sustain because he lays a solid foundation. David does an amazing job bringing difficult emotional topic as not just on relationship with food and body, but regarding various health and emotional topics as well. Like the latest episode on menopause, or masculinity challenges, fat-phobia, and so much more. What I live most is that there’s always one small change that he offers listeners and I really enjoy that simpler approach. Thanks David - and I can’t wait for your new book and course to come out. I just stumbled upon this podcast and it is terrific. Not the usual „yet another new diet fad“ but a comprehensive approach to life, health and happiness. Finally a way of developing a better relationship with your food, your body and your health. I highly recommend it!

To eat or Not to eat
David is an exceptional nutritionist and provides great insight! Being a person who has been on some form of a diet most of my adult life, I always had a list of those foods that I can eat and those I cannot eat. David helped me understand that no food is off limits and how paying attention to my bodies hunger signals allows me to eat whatever I want. This has had an significant impact on my relationship with food and I could not have done it without David. I look forward to learning more through his podcasts!

The mindset of eating and diet is traditionally very regimented and unyielding. No wonder people have such a hard time fitting into this rigid mold! I did not learn nearly enough about this stuff in medical school! David is bringing some incredible value with this podcast. He really knows what he’s talking about, and this is increasingly an important topic in American life. Nutrition has gradually gone down and down for decades, and we need to get back to healthy eating. This is definitely worth listening too!
