In this episode, Kat and Liberty talk to Occupational Therapist Anele Griessel about why sensory is important and how the pandemic stopped it for some of us.
We talk about her life in South Africa and how through her training she was stalked by a Mentally ill man and had to manage riots in the workplace. Anele tells us how she chose Occupational Therapy instead of drama with the help of her Mother.
Anele works with children and helps them to work through mental health issues, which are especially rife through the last 12 months.
