In this episode, Andreas Kaiser, scientific director in Junia Engineering School, talk about his career as a researcher and his different posts in school administration, giving us his feedback on how to make choices along the way and not to wait to take responsibilities. We also address questions regarding the relation between the industry and the academic research. Of course, we ask him advice for PhD students.
