If we really like doing something then we owe it to ourselves to continue with it and afcourse there will be breaks and setbacks and slumps but I think we can always begin again. As long as we’re ready to try again, we’ll have successes and improvements. And during this journey, whoever wants to stay will- no matter how many times we need to or want to restart.

Sometimes we just feel sad and done with everything! And the smallest things happen to cheer us up. I just had a similar slump. If you have went through it before, I hope you do not feel that hurt again, and if you are going throught it right now, I hope you eventually feel better. Take care <3

The overwhelming stress of work at the school, college, office, is enough to damage our mental health. We forget to take necessary breaks and just awfully stress ourselves. The slippery floor talks about giving yourself time to breathe, to take a pause and prioritize yourself first. If in order to do that, you have to slip on the floor and break a bone, that is alright, but give yourself a break, to just be, just exist and forget all your worries for a brief moment.
