After personally experiencing a lot of loss and trauma in my life I'm here to share my story and journey into the unknown. Hear and let others share their stories of those that have been through loss, trauma and how they cope after. I have found myself hearing stories of others and how they get on with their life has helped me immensely by knowing I'm not alone with the emotions and thoughts that come after -like an earth quake the after shocks go on.
This will be real and raw, sharing experience's of trauma and loss and how to go on ~ By taking "One Day at A time"
