Excerpt #1 Timestamp 2:30: In 2015 I went full time with Resimplifi, and my partner and I initially did go to VC Route. So we were very fortunate that we were able to raise money, raise some capital with, we partnered with the state of South Carolina, SCRA initially, which is focused on growing the knowledge economy in our home state of South Carolina. And we were able to also raise money with friends and family. And so that's initially how we started.
Excerpt #2 Timestamp 8:03: "So anyway, there were problems with the ways in which these guys were getting the data. We were very fortunate to kind of come up with this idea of curated data, specifically catered to economic development professionals that are going out, trying to attract business to their area."
Excerpt #3 Timestamp 15:45: "What happened essentially was we built a national data set that was managed for accuracy. That's constantly being deprecated. That's not relying upon any individual brokers or a crowdsource, a group of brokers to take their listings down. And what we found out very quickly is that our data stacked up extremely well against other sources."
