
To end season one of the podcast, Hooly is joined by none other than Aaron Borg. Aaron currently competes in the Haltech V8 SuperUte Series. Aaron has achieved plenty in his long racing career, including being crowned the 2019 Toyota 86 Racing Series Champion.
Aaron now proudly works closely with the Starlight Foundation who are very close to him, having helped him recover from open-heart surgery as a 7 year old.
As well as race professionally and help out the Starlight Foundation, Aaron is passionate about property investment, working as Business Development Manager at his company Maven Property Advisory Group.

This week Hooly is joined by Lachlan Ward. Lachlan is an 18 year old shire-born Australian race car driver who is looking to continue his career in the motorsport industry.
Lachlan started racing Karts at the age of 14 and immediately showed he had talent.
Lachlan quickly stepped up the podiums winning events such as the Junior Top Guns, Southern Star Series, and many club championships.
At the age of 16, Lachlan stepped up from Karting to compete in the NSW Formula Ford Championship taking out the championship in his rookie year!
2019 also saw Lachlan winning the Legend Car Australian Championship and NSW Championship. Along with this, Lachlan raced over in Malaysia in the Australia vs Malaysia Legend Car race, where he finished 1st in his heat against the likes of A1GP drivers.
Lachlan’s winning streak continued in 2020 which saw him on the podium every race and him winning both the State and Australian championship in the Legend Car Australia series.
Lachlan has his own company called Lease a Race Car/Kart and works with many drivers at the track. Lachlan also works as a driver coach for Anglo Racing Academy and NSW Kart Team, as well as doing his own driver coaching with kart and car drivers all around NSW.
Lachlan is gearing up ready for a big season in 2022, with his debut season in the Battery World Aussie Racing Cars Championship, onboard his #117 Productivity Bootcamp powered Chevrolet Camaro!

This week Hooly is joined by Tony Southwell for part two of Episode 16. Tony is a live music producer, music festival talent agent, and former NASCAR driver who has recently turned 60. Find out more about Tony and his book, The Cruci-fiction of Southy here.After being expelled from two high schools in just two years he started a apprenticeship at a welder at just 15 years old. Welding remained his trade for the majority of his young adult life. He later worked on the Telstra Tower in Canberra, then later as a contractor on the new Parliament House, where he manufactured and installed every hand rail both internally and externally throughout the building. He has worked many and varied jobs throughout his life, including welder, fiberglass worker, manikin repairer, tow truck driver, NASCAR Driver and NASCAR/Stock Car Driver Coach/Instructor, aluminum smelter, fireworks wholesaler/retailer, party needs retailer (not drugs, actual party supplies, publican, bizarrely a dancing clown, as well as dressing up in a chicken suit to promote one of his NASCAR Sponsors (the similarity to the Burt Reynolds character Stroker Ace to the film of the same name can't be overlooked) He also obtained his commercial helicopter license in 2005.These days he spends time with his family, doting over his granddaughters who he adores. Working producing and promoting live music festivals throughout Australia and New Zealand. He has lived in most states of Australia while always maintaining his family home and small farm in Bowning NSW. In 2017 he was diagnosed with the potentially life ending disease Sarcoidosis, which prompted he and his family to permanently relocating to a rural property they purchased on the Queensland Fraser Coast for the better climate. He has been married to his second wife Michelle for over 20 years, he has six children, two granddaughters, as well as three Blue Heeler dogs, Speck, Rocky, and Astrid. He still rides his Harley Davidson motorcycles, and still party's with friends the Mobshitters. He also still likes to get his arse in a Racecar every chance he gets. He describes himself as very happy much quieter most of the time.

In 2001, he took up motorsport, and had his first race in an HQ Holden and made his debut in the V8 Ute Racing Series in 2002.
