She’s also the brains behind the grassroots campaign Pull Up For Change which was launched following  the death of George Floyd a year ago calling on beauty companies to be accountable and transparent around their black employees at executive level.  We discuss her journey as a beauty founder, her work as an activist and just how much has changed post George Floyd.
