I’m not afraid of growing old. Maybe that’s a weird way to start a birthday post, especially when I’m only 32. Somewhere along the way, between turning 2 and 32, birthdays tend to stop being delighted in and start being dreaded.  It just doesn’t make sense to me to try to fight off feeling old anymore.
