God, who is beyond time and space, the eternal, self-sufficient God, spoke the world into existence to his glory. As part of that creation, he created creatures made in the image of God, who would reveal his glory on earth and govern the world while having fellowship with God and each other.

With this overview, we hope to deepen our understanding of the content of the Bible and show how God worked out his gospel plan from the beginning of creation through the life of Israel, climaxing in the life, death, and resurrection of Christ and how he continued to work out His Gospel in the church.
