Standing in my truth was one of the most empowering things I have ever done. In this episode I share the story of the first time I fully stood in my truth and I was petrified. Society puts such a BS expectation on us to fit into un unrealistic box and tells us to go with the status quo. Not anymore It's time we love and accept our truth, beliefs, values and what we look like. It's time to treat ourselves with respect and fully embrace who we are as a whole.
