Me and Mine

I'm just a small town Canadian girl learning about, and experiencing, life. I intend to focus each episode on mental health and its tenets - including overall wellness and what that means, positivity and what that takes, self-love, self-care, relationship building, and more. Listen to learn what people like you do to maintain their wellbeing and to also have some laughs. Just here to have fun and learn some new things. Let's learn as we go :)
