The pain you may feel after disappointment can be real.  Many times our brains will process many of those experiences as events that undermine how we move forward with being vulnerable.  This episode reflects on how Roxy and Bella guard/protect theirselves when it comes to being disappointed while dating. Friendships take work in nourishing, just like any other relationship and although it can be hard at times to recognize where you stand within a friendship based on history it is always important to reflect on what’s happening when there’s positive growth or drifting apart. All in all, friendships allow the possibility to improve yourself whether you decide to resolve or dissolve a friendship, but always remember to do what serves you!
