This was so fun to listen to! My mother-in-law Karla Baire is a religious Zenergist in Charleston and I go with her every time I am in the area to visit her. All of the instructors are AMAZING (esp Meg she kicks my butt), so welcoming, the studio is so clean, music is pumping, and there is so much energy throughout the room in each class. Living in Roanoke VA and taking “traditional” cycle classes at my local gym, it just doesn’t compare and I look forward to coming to Zenergy each and every time. It’s also a really fun and healthy way to spend time with my mother-in-law! If you want to expand, check out Roanoke VA ;) Thank you for creating such an awesome company and cycle family <3
