This was a coaches Roundtable with the University of NC Wilmington Comes Basketball team . While we talked about how basketball teams can get better with standards and keys to sustainable results through small increases in efforts. This could also be of vale to any business whether you are want to Increase sales.,Negotiate better deals, Increase your output ...theres value here.  The first part is short tips and stories on getting better ... 1% percent better and keys to do that over time. The second half are the key takeaways from the kids and coaches and you'll be amazed at how they applied it to there world .
