For my final episode i wanted to challenge someone that uses a lot of plastic to go plastic free for a week to see how they adjust. Lucky for me my friend Caitlin was visiting me this week. Caitlin isn't much of a conservationist and i knew she would find this challenging. Without giving too much away Caitlin did manage to go plastic free (with some help from me) and hopefully I have helped to stop her from continuing to use plastic.
