Author and Healer, Heather Ferri, discusses her book, 'Victim to Victory: Healing Generational Abuse from my Bloodline' in the first episode of season 3. She expounds on what prompted her to tell her truth and what the process was like through it all. The world we live in has always been fraught with individuals plagued with generational abuse. 

How do we as a society identify generational abuse and then recognize the longstanding adverse effect? What are the systems or disciplines created to eradicate and produce the desire results?  Is the solution in the hands of Guidance Counselors, Psychiatrists, Therapists, and Social Workers? Or do we need to look at Modern Healers with an unconventional approach to healing in order to engender an impending  paradigm shift?
