There's been a battle brewing in Hollywood for some time now with the imminent emergence of streaming platforms. Leading the charge is none other than Filmmaker, Steven Spielberg. The legendary director has been extremely outspoken about the need for a more draconian criteria in regards to movies not released widely in theaters being nominated for an Oscar award.
