Nursing Student
I am a struggling nursing student and this podcast helps me survive and reassures me I will make it through. Love all the guests, humor, and truth!

So much fun & right on it!!
I am an old ICU nurse & floated all over. Thank you for keeping it so absolutely real!! My family is always puzzled by my “Yes!!” Or outbursts of laughter. I am disabled & this brings back so many happy & horrid moments in my career.

Trolls be Ballsy
Oftentimes I think people forget that the content one creates and puts on a podcast is free. Man oh man at some of the rude comments. I haven’t listened too all of the episodes but thanks for taking time out of the day to share your insight. 😊

Maybe find a different name for the pod?
I would consider changing the name to be honest. Wasn’t what I was expecting for the title “Nursing Uncensored”. But for a G-rated, rainbows and sunshine outlook on nursing the content isn’t bad. Was just hoping for some real, uncensored, behind closed doors, maybe even satirical conversation of what it’s like in the craziest profession there is 🤘

A platform nurses need
Adrienne is genius for creating a platform nurses to speak their truth! I believe so many of us want to be heard, but aren’t quite sure how to share our stories and impact—or our frustrations are falling on deaf ears. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to be heard and discuss the good, bad, and ugly of this marvelous profession.

This podcast has been a favorite of mine for about a year now and it is my absolute favorite nursing podcast, by far. The information provided is invaluable, and all the different guests are amazing and easy to listen to!

Let the guests speak!
I enjoy this podcast and it’s topics, but if the host is going to interview people she needs to let them speak! She constantly talks over them.

Great for Student Nurse’s too!
I am a first semester nursing student in my late 20s and find this podcast very interesting and also entertaining. I love how Adrienne and her guests keep it so real and don’t sugar coat their feelings, this really helps ease the student nurse nerves! I often listen to this podcast on my commute to and from school and have really gained more confidence by hearing these very real conversations that I otherwise wouldn’t have access to being a student. Highly recommend!

Let her talk!
Adrienne, this episode with Chien, the international nurse, I found very frustrating. She would start talking and you would talk over her and summarize her thoughts for her. I find this very disrespectful, especially with an Asian person who values consensus and won’t disagree with you if you don’t get it right. I was interested in what she had to say even if she struggled to say it succinctly. I have been looking for a good nursing podcast that is done professionally, and I will certainly listen to more episodes and hope I can find more respect in your interactions. Thank you for taking on such a badly needed podcast.

This podcast is AWESOME! As a future nursing student, this podcast has given me a wealth of knowledge, motivation, comfort and confidence that I couldn’t find anywhere else! So happy I found it!

All things nursing with a healthy dose of cursing
Adrianne is the bomb (do people still say that? Haha!). First of all, her voice is so soothing even when she’s throwing the f-bombs. I love her thought processes and the unedited nature of this podcast. She has great guests and definitely someone I aspire to be like. She’s interesting and I look forward to hearing from her for hopefully a long time! My only critiques are when she’s able, to upgrade her mic for her and her guests as some episodes are hard to hear but it is such good content I strain anyway. Also more consistent content (which has been better here lately) because I really do look forward to this podcast more than any other but I know she’s a one lady crew and has a life to live. Thanks Adrianne for all the work you put into this! It’s made my long stretches driving to and from school worth it.

Yes Nursing!!!
I love listening to this podcast as Adrianne unravels the real world of nursing. She keeps things light and interesting and covers a wide variety of nursing related issues. I work at the same hospital so I love hearing tidbits of happenings around our hospital and anxiously await the day our paths cross!

THANK YOU!
I can’t even explain how thankful I am to have stumbled upon this podcast! After being out of school for about 5 years, it’s given me the confidence and courage to finally take the next steps to obtain my nursing degree!

Hey Adrianne, dope podcast If they’re talking about something that I have no idea what it is I’m quick to look it up, and it’s the best form of education there is. The whites guys on here be having me rolling, and they sound sexy to me 🤷🏾‍♀️ Change nothing. I need more.

medicine for my soul
This is the first podcast I found that speaks to what I have been going through as a new nurse. It's funny, thoughtful, and most of all, speaks to the realities of what it is like to be a nurse on the grind. Thank you for all you are doing!
