Today we start with a chat about I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here aka The Jungle, reality TV and Z List celebrities. We also talk about the time former I'm a Celebrity winner Gino D'Acampo went to prison for 2 years in 1998 (yes that's right, this morning's favourite Italian chef went to prison!)  before continuing down the road of 'celebrity chefs' by talking about Master Chef and how much Tom hates Gregg Wallace (completely understandable point of view).

We also have a first-hand account of what it's like to get seduced by a member of 90's Pop Band Deuce (if you don't know Deuce, they were London record's answer to Steps, if you don't know Steps, that's just a tragedy). We talk about Andrew Tate and ask, does he really believe anything he says, surely at this point, he's just saying the most controversial thing possible and waiting for the reaction. We also have a brief chat about cryptocurrency and come to the conclusion, that as far as we're concerned it's really good for buying certain things from certain websites. 

The final part of the show includes a Pub Quiz, a chat about Alex's experience of attending Crown Court (as a witness), and a discussion about the beautiful, fluid, mellifluous West Midlands Accent.
