I don’t know how anyone can stand this guy after years of listening to him. Eventually you just get really tired of his cadence, voice, and thoughts.

My favorite podcast. Hands down. Had to reorganize my life to make room for the second hour. Worth it.

I took off one star because that Coca kid is unbearable. Not only does he try to show up and undermine the host but he’s a poor public speaker. Takes a lot of words in a really long time to try to make his point (“okay…so like…let me get this straight…like…okay…) etc. and it still usually doesn’t come through clearly. He resents the host and he wants to nitpick him, but he doesn’t have the vocabulary or the social intelligence to do it in an entertaining way. It’s a little ugly. Samsons gold on the mic!

I rarely, if ever, leave a comment with my rating but for the love of all things holy, please keep Coca in the background. Didn’t know if it was him you were doing the show with or Ariel Helwani whining about the Expos for the 100th time. Besides that, love the show. Changed Rating 1: please. For the love of God. Send Coca back behind the scenes with no mic. He brings down the show with his asinine takes.

This show is interesting but icky. The phrase “it’s nothing personal, it’s just business” means you’ll sell your mom for a buck. No regard for ethics, morals, decency or anything good. It’s the way this society is going now. All about the mighty dollar.

Just finished listening to this morning’s podcast several hours after it was live, so I’m sure by now that any number of listeners have reminded you that Hank Aaron’s 715th home run was not hit on July 15th (7-15) as you stated. I remember watching it within a week of Opening Day (April 8th, 1974). That correction was “Not Personal”. I really enjoy listening to your perspective both on your podcast and whenever you join LeBatard’s show.

I love NPDS. I listen literally every day and it’s the most insightful sports business+insider podcast that I know of. I hope to hear him on Meadowlark long into the future ! It’s also fun when Dan comes on the show and balances out David’s strong assertions and I really enjoy The Sporting Class… TSC is by far the most fun and informative sports show, in my opinion! Really enjoy David’s takes and his …. 4-8-6-9. David’s takes and knowledge are really insightful and I enjoy listening to him. 1 star off for talking to “Coke-uh.” Give this person a voice if you’re going to talk to them otherwise it sounds like you’re talking to yourself.
