There are some diverse topics but there needs to be a full spectrum of thought shared throughout each of the episodes. For example there was not counter to the discussion of kids use of transgender bathrooms when it is clear that there is and has been very dangerous circumstances surrounded by the use of a biological boy using a ladies locker room. These are not topics or discussions that should go unchecked. Also, their is not a clear definition of the term equity across the pods and they are misusing the term quite regularly.

Thank you so much for this! Connection is so very important; especially right now. Curious if there are any nature based programs offered to public elementary schools. It seems as if our kids’ playtime and outdoor time continues to be more limited and needed now more than ever! Would love to hear a podcast about how school districts are making the outdoor/nature connection to student learning. And I know I’m not the only parent who doesn’t understand why teachers take away outdoor recess time as a punishment. As a former teacher, this shouldn’t be an option. Our kids need fresh air and so do teachers!

The latest episode was in Spanish so I couldn’t understand it. It’s great that it is in Spanish but they should start a podcast in Spanish and have an English one.

I started listening to this podcast as a recommendation from another mom, and let me tell you that this has been the best podcast! It is so informative and the topics have been spot on. i have learned so much. The homework episode was my favorite but I am struggling with my 10 year old getting homework done every night. The podcast gave some helpful tips that i immediately put into action. It's very down to earth and realistic. I hope it hope it gets another season!
