We typically ask people how they are because it’s expected in a social or professional context. Not doing so may appear rude...
Rarely do we have a genuine desire to really know how that person is actually feeling... in the present moment.
What if we changed that?
What if we greeted people in a way that shows a genuine care? In a way that shows that we have a real and profound interest in knowing HOW they are; WHAT they are going through, WHO they are being , in that moment?
Ask more profound questions, you get more profound answers.
