He later suffered the wrath of the head chopper offer itself, the Guillotine. Kaci covers the tragic case of Kelly Anne Bates who was just 14 years old when she fell victim to a psychopathic groomer named James Smith. James groomed Kelly when she was just a baby where he would cause her to ostricize herself from her family, beat her, and later kill her in a very gruesome way.
