Show notes
Nowadays, we’re always hearing the word “healing” within the spirituality and personal development space. But healing should only be used when discussing wounds and diseases, not inner work. Healing implies that something needs to change in order for us to become whole again, but, the truth is, we’re actually already whole. So, instead of talking about “healing ourselves”, we should be talking about reintegrating the parts of us that we’ve been trying to shed. When we can fully accept, love and appreciate all aspects of ourselves, our experience of walking through the world changes for the better. In this episode of Not That Crazy:Why the idea of “healing,” as it relates to inner work, is bullshitWTF “heal” and “integrate” actually meanHow you’re actually kind of like an eggWTF am I doing?
