As someone who was sexually abused by someone in my family it distorted my sense of trust & eye went through the world anxious, depressed , & struggling with substance abuse . After years of “working out” & gaining the weight back eye finally realized that eye had yet ANOTHER mental illness ED or “emotional eating” / “binge eating” . Some may differentiate the two but for me they are one in the same . A lot of our physical weight is mental waste that we must learn to EXERCISE .
