No One Else’s Opinion Matters
Today I'm sitting down with Bart Pietrzak! We’re diving straight into the tough questions we all want answers to like how to get a “dumpy” and why it’s important to learn to love what we’ve got. We also talk about how to handle hate and people trying to impose their opinions on us.We discuss why men often struggle with anger and how it stems from fear of being disrespected or unheard. And how women express anger differently than men. Women often use emotional manipulation, while men tend to use more physical forms of expression. We touch on the importance of living in the moment and how constantly thinking ahead can fuel anxiety, not living. And finally, we dive into why people often push away things they don’t think they deserve.

Spicy Breakups, Toxic Love, & Midwest Realness
I’m sitting down with my Midwest besties for an episode full of laughs, wild stories, and real talk! We dive into some of our funniest and most embarrassing memories, like how detasseling corn was one of the worst jobs we had growing up and how I got mono from it. We also share our favorite Midwest spots. Then we get into serious topics like relationships. Three of us have been through divorce and one of us broke off an engagement. We talk about why women often stay in relationships they know aren’t right for them, how to weigh the risks of staying vs. leaving, and how sometimes we’re drawn to “bad boys” thinking we can change them (spoiler alert: we can't). We get real about finding the self-respect to walk away from toxic relationships and how those failed relationships can make it harder to accept love in future ones. Plus, we open up about the fear of starting over and why it can be so scary to move on.

Facing Sexual Advances and Breaking Through in Business
I'm back with my friend Kathy! She shares her experience as a woman entrepreneur navigating a male-dominated world. Kathy talks about being surrounded by men at business conferences, including an uncomfortable situation where the main speaker made unwanted advances toward her during dinner and how she didn’t know how to respond. It was a constant battle figuring out how to handle the situation especially since he was also offering her business opportunities. Kathy also describes her struggle to gain a seat at the table with men, often finding it difficult because the environment was either a "boys' club" or they were only interested in flirting with her. Despite these challenges, she kept pushing forward, knowing that meeting the right people could help her succeed especially since there were no women mentors to guide her. She shares how men would often try to set up meetings with her in their hotel rooms, and recalls a "Pretty Woman"-style story with no strings attached. Kathy then talks about rebuilding her business with a partner, and how all the connections she made over the years eventually began to pay off, helping her business grow.

Unlocking Your Potential Through Human Design | Not Ashamed with Ashley Nordman Episode 54
Today I’m with Hayley Tharp! I was on her podcast ‘Inside Voice’ last October so be sure to check it out! She's all about self-improvement, health, and fitness, which is right up our alley. If you remember my storytime about the married man messaging me on Facebook, that happened on the same day I recorded Hayley’s podcast. After I shared my story, three women reached out to me, saying they knew exactly who the man was because he was doing the same thing to them! So today, we're resetting the vibes with Hayley! We’re both big on energy, and Hayley practices Human Design, which blends spirituality and science to uncover the energies that make up who you are. We discuss how our superpower is reading everyone’s energies and matching the energy of whoever we’re with. Hayley shares how Human Design has helped her understand her kids and their needs. We talk about how some people, like Generators, can completely change the energy and vibes of a room just by walking in. I tend to connect with new people right away, while for Hayley, it takes a bit longer to build trust. Ultimately, we both want to be a lighthouse for people, guiding them to their best selves.

I'm thrilled to be joined by the one and only Monica Garcia from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City! In this unfiltered episode, we dive into Monica's whirlwind experience on RHOSLC and the explosive reactions to her not being asked back, including the fan outcry over unresolved storylines. Monica opens up about being blocked from returning by the other women, dealing with certain cast members both on and off-camera, and surviving a jaw-dropping 13-hour reunion where she was relentlessly attacked. She also gets real about her toxic relationship with her mother, their months-long silence, and the online bashing that followed when the show aired. We also dive into Monica's mom life, as she shares the chaos of raising four girls of all ages, balancing the madness of young children and careers, and how her kids really feel about seeing their mom on TV. Monica spills the tea on the behind-the-scenes drama of filming RHOSLC. She assures us her scenes were as real as it gets, but dishes on the one thing she believes was staged. We tackle the hate Monica has faced since the show aired, including the shady pirate messages from her ex-best friend to the other housewives.
