This course contains podcasts from Nobel Peace Prize winner Dr. Norman E. Borlaug. Dr. Borlaug was the first to receive the prize for agricultural efforts. His international research led to wheat varieties that helped feed millions of starving people. He was a distinguished professor of soil and crop sciences at Texas A&M where he actively engaged in teaching, lecturing and consulting from 1984-2009.
