Joe coming up was like any kid playing sports and having fun. He broke his lower back and was told that he would need surgery to fix it. This sparked his mind to do it on his own so he got to work and started researching. This led him into the training world where he took his knowledge and helped others. He was the top 3 trainers at lifetime fitness in the USA. When the pandemic hit and everyone was let go, Joe decided that he would follow his dream to help people his way.
