Today Reva and Nicole talk about how strongly your identity, especially the way you feel physically in your body and about your body, impacts you mentally and emotionally. So, tangible and health-related actions where you are taking care of your body will give you momentum. These positive changes that you make should be baby steps. Just do one thing at a time. It’s also important to notice if you are the kind of person who craves companionship and being surrounded by friends or if you are the kind of person who is content to be alone. Obviously neither type is better than the other, but we all do need to develop the ability to be comfortable being alone.
