The Saint Disruption Podcast provides a platform for young poets and spoken-word artists to share their works, collaborate with noted creators, and engage in deep dialogue with thought leaders. Each episode honors the power of poetry and music when brought together in the spirit of collaboration and positive change-making. SDP came from the inspiring project that partnered John Medeski and Jeff Firewalker together known as Saint Disruption. The roots of the project came in musical creative connections with a wide variety of artists, vocalists, and producers. After working on a piece with renowned spoken word artist Umar Bin Hassan, John and Jeff decided to give a broader platform for connecting the sound to the word.
